Main responsibilities:
§ Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
§ Installation and configuration of peripherals equipment (printer, scanner, VoIP Phones)
§ Provide End-user support
§ Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (laptop, tablet)
§ Working with web-services
Requirements:
§ Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
§ Microsoft/Cisco Certification is an advantage
§ Proven working experience in providing help desk support
§ Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP)
§ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP
§ Experience with IP telephony
§ Basic knowledge in administration of Microsoft OS Family
§ Communication skills
§ Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
§ Responsibility and punctuality skills
