These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Glorri platform and its related websites, applications, APIs, and other services (“Platform”) provided by Glorri LLC (“Glorri”, “we”, “our”). Any individual or corporate entity (“User”) using the Platform is deemed to have accepted these Terms. These Terms constitute the legal basis for matters or potential disputes not provided for in the agreement(s) signed with the User.
1. Platform
Glorri is recruitment software that enables companies to manage recruitment processes, attract candidates, evaluate candidates, post vacancies, and obtain recruitment analytics, and consists of:

The main functions of the Platform include, but are not limited to:
- creating and managing vacancies;
- publishing vacancies;
- receiving candidate applications;
- managing CVs and candidate profiles;
- managing recruitment stages;
- evaluating candidates;
- tests and examinations;
- managing interviews;
- AI-based CV analysis and candidate matching;
- communications and notifications;
- reports and analytics;
- API and other integrations.
The functionality of the Platform may be changed, updated, or discontinued over time.
2. User Categories
The Platform may mainly be used by the following persons:
2.1. Candidates: Job seekers, persons applying for vacancies, or persons creating a candidate profile on the Platform (once such functionality is available).
2.2. Companies (Company): Employers, human resources specialists (HR), company administrators, company employees involved in recruitment processes, HR specialists, outsourcing companies, staffing agencies, and other duly authorized users.
2.3. Other users
Other lawful users of the Platform or Glorri services.
3. Creating an Account
- The User may create an account only with a corporate email and is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when creating the account is accurate and up to date.
- The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for activities carried out through their account.
- Company administrators must manage user roles and access permissions within the company account.
4. Candidates’ Obligations
The Candidate agrees:
- to ensure that the information provided is accurate and not to provide false, irrelevant, or unauthorized information or documents;
- to review and confirm the information provided before submitting an application;
- to have the right to submit the CV and other materials;
- not to upload third-party information without a lawful basis;
- that information regarding their application is provided only by the company to which they applied;
- that the period for submitting a repeated application for the same vacancy is determined by the employing company;
- not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
- to report technical malfunctions identified on the Glorri Platform only via [email protected] or by sending a message to +994558153874.
5. Companies’ Obligations
When a Company provides candidate data to the Platform, it must ensure that such data has been lawfully obtained and processed.
The Company must ensure:
- candidates are properly informed;
- consent is obtained where required;
- only necessary data is collected;
- authorized persons have access to the data;
- data is used only for lawful recruitment purposes.
Glorri’s legal role in processing candidate data provided by the Company is determined by the relevant agreement.
6. Personal Data
- Personal data may be collected and processed when using the Platform.
- Detailed information about the processing of personal data is provided in Glorri’s Privacy Policy.
- Where necessary, the processing of candidate data provided to Glorri by the Company may be regulated by a separate DPA.
7. AI and Automated Functions
Glorri may use AI and other automated technologies.
AI functions may include:
- CV analysis;
- calculation of candidate-vacancy matching;
- ranking of candidates;
- identification of skills;
- generation of candidate summaries;
- recommendations for HR and other company users;
- other functions related to recruitment activities.
AI results are a support tool for decision-making and are provided for recommendation purposes. An AI result generated by Glorri does not in itself constitute a final decision to hire or reject a candidate. The final hiring decision is made by the relevant employer.
8. Company Data
Vacancies, company information, recruitment processes, evaluations, and other commercial information entered into the Platform by the Company remain the property of the lawful owner of such information.
The Company grants Glorri the right to process such information for the purpose of providing the Platform.
9. Provision of Candidate Data to Companies
When a Candidate applies for a specific vacancy, the information provided during the application may be provided to the employer of that vacancy.
Depending on the applicable functionality, this information may include:
- CV;
- address;
- information about relatives;
- passport and identity-card information and copies thereof;
- contact information;
- work experience;
- education;
- skills;
- test results;
- application information;
- evaluations.
10. Paid Services
Glorri may provide paid services to companies and, in certain cases, candidates.
For Companies:
- monthly and annual SaaS subscriptions;
- premium vacancies;
- AI screening;
- additional features;
- other services.
For Candidates (where offered):
- premium notifications regarding application status;
- monthly subscription fee.
Pricing and payment terms are presented to the User before payment.
11. Job Postings
- When a Company posts a vacancy, it is responsible for ensuring that the content of the vacancy is lawful, accurate, and non-discriminatory.
- Glorri may remove or unpublish vacancies that are unlawful, false, misleading, or violate Platform rules, and the Company bears all legal responsibility for this.
12. Prohibited Use
The User may not:
- compromise the security of the Platform;
- obtain unauthorized access to data;
- upload malicious software;
- use another User’s account without authorization;
- scrape data without authorization;
- bypass or break the technical limitations of the Platform;
- carry out unauthorized technical operations;
- use the Platform for unlawful activities.
The User is responsible for any damage caused to Glorri LLC as a result of any of the above.
13. Intellectual Property
The Platform, software, design, interface, Glorri name and logo, technical solutions, database structure, and other Glorri materials belong to Glorri or the relevant rights holder.
These Terms do not grant the User ownership rights to Glorri’s intellectual property.
14. Third-Party Services
Glorri uses third-party technology and infrastructure providers to operate the Platform.
Depending on the applicable configuration, these may include:

15. Processing of Data Abroad
Glorri’s technological infrastructure may use services located outside the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Data processing and storage locations are as follows:

Cross-border transfers are carried out only on the basis of the User’s reading and acceptance of these Terms.
16. Service Availability
- Glorri does not guarantee that the Platform will operate continuously and without errors at all times.
- The User understands and accepts that maintenance, security measures, problems with third-party services, and other circumstances beyond Glorri’s control may cause temporary interruptions.
- Technical problems directly caused by Glorri will be resolved as soon as reasonably possible.
- If such issues are identified, the User may immediately report them via [email protected] or by sending a message to +994558153874.
17. Account Suspension
Glorri may restrict access to an account or certain functions in cases of violation of these Terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or other justified circumstances.
18. Liability
Glorri does not guarantee:
- that a specific candidate will be hired;
- that a vacancy will be filled within a specific period;
- that AI results will produce a particular hiring outcome;
- the outcome of a vacancy posted on the Platform.
Liability that cannot be excluded by law is excluded from this provision.
19. Changes to the Terms
Glorri may update these Terms.
In the event of material changes, Users may be notified through the Platform, email, or other appropriate means.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by a competent court in accordance with applicable law.
