Participation and control, together with business units, as well as with developers in the formulation of requirements for the project of CRM/BPMN and after the project for other such requests from business units;
Writing and approval of project documentation with the business (Implementation Concept, Technical Design, Specification, User Story, Test Case, Use Case, etc.)
Modeling and describing business process diagrams using BPMN notation, drawing up UML diagrams
Setting tasks for the development team, monitoring the compliance of the developed functionality with respect to the TOR and customer requirements
Active participation in planning sprints, maintaining a backlog of project tasks
Drawing up the architecture of the design solution together with the technical leader of the development team
Coordination and information support of the work of the development team and the business team;
Testing and acceptance of the developed functionality;
Organization of the process of acceptance by the business team, consultation and training of business users;
Development of guidelines for the implemented functionality;

Higher education (preferably economics / mathematics or engineering);
Experience in the banking / financial sector is preferable;
Minimum 3 years’ BA experience in implementation/development projects of IT systems
Knowledge of BPMN notation
Understanding of protocols like SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML and other key protocols is also desirable
Have experience in business process designs and facilitation
Good knowledge of English;
Knowledge of Azerbaijan and Russian languages at a good level;
Knowledge of MS-Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
