  • CRM/BPM unit staff management, supervision and capacity planning
  • Coordination of knowledge transition project from outsource vendor to in-house;
  • Communication between separate units within IT required for achieving goals for production;
  • Coordination of tasks, analyze workflow, establish priorities, and set deadlines within team;
  • Planning sprints, maintaining a backlog of project tasks
  • Drawing up the architecture of the design solution together with the technical leader of the development team
  • Coordination and information support of the work of the development team and the business team;
  • Monitoring tasks of the implementation process and elimitation of errors during development process or after deployment to production.

Tələblər

  • Higher education (preferably economics / mathematics or engineering);
  • Experience in the banking / financial sector is preferable;
  • Minimum 3 years’ Tech/BA Lead experience in implementation/development projects of IT systems
  • Experience in preparation of Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, Use Case Documents
  • Experience of tracking Software Development Life Cycle of BPM tools
  • Understanding of programming languages (JS, C#, HTML, CSS or similar)
  • Experience with web service testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler)
  • Experience in using version control systems (e.g. SVN, GIT)
  • Understanding of the REST, SOAP, WSDL and other protocols
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile-scrum methodologies
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijan and Russian languages at a good level
